"Freda is the best! My grandpa tried some inexpensive aids online and after a few years he got completely frustrated and wanted to jump to cochlear implants. Freda was able to take an ear test and show him that he has some hearing to work with and show us two options of hearing aids that might work for him: one in the ear and one over the ear. She doesn't just get you setup for hearing aids; she helps you maintain them over the years so they keep working for you. We are currently waiting on the molds for the in-ear aids, so I'll write an update as we move the process. Basically I'm just excited that we found a caring professional place that might work for my Grandpa. I feel as though this place might be really helpful to others as well."
